Polkacity presents art galleries and how they work in the metaverse — Dmb Tecnologia
[ad_1]
The Polkacity developers took the hard way in creating a metaverse. They decided to build a metaverse that follows rules similar to real life. This means that while metaverses like The Sandbox, for example, provide a toolbox for creativity a la Minecraft, Polkacity is more looking to become a GTA of the crypto world, metaphorically speaking.
Recently, developers introduced in-game art galleries, thus implementing their own version of a gig economy, and showed how they work. The team stated that it had collaborated with several digital art creators, the full list of which will apparently be published in the future.
All NFTs will be available for purchase within the metaverse itself using POLC, and galleries will support collection packs as well as functional art. Transactions will be carried out through smart contracts for the sake of security.
