TC Ensina: how to schedule slips, TEDs and PIX on Nubank

If you follow us daily, you've probably noticed that in addition to keeping you informed, we're always trying to add more knowledge to your day-to-day life, with tips and tutorials so you can get the most out of your devices, applications and services.

Today, continuing this routine, we present another valuable tip; this time, for Nubank customers! Learn below how to schedule the payment of slips and transfers via TED or PIX using the fintech app.

Announced in 2017 as another product in its catalogue, NuConta – Nubank’s current account modality – arrived with the purpose of being yet another aid tool for those who were already users of the bank’s credit card and were looking for more resources, such as save money, make transfers and pay bills.

In general, all features of this modality are free, including scheduling the payment of slips for any business day before the due date, TEDs and transfers via PIX.

Below, check out how to schedule each of these modalities and, in the following category, how to cancel an appointment. Before proceeding, make sure that the company's application is properly updated.

• With the Nubank app open on your device, access the PIX, payments or transfer section. As an example, we will use the option transfer.
• On the new screen, enter a transfer amount and tap the arrow button to proceed.

  • For slips, enter the barcode and check the data entered.

• Enter the name, CPF/CNPJ or PIX key of the contact you want to transfer, or select from your frequent/saved contacts.

• On the new screen, tap When and select a transfer or payment date.
  

  • If you want to change the transfer method, tap transfer type and choose TED or PIX.

• tap on Schedule transfer/payment and enter your 4-digit password. A confirmation screen will appear informing you that the payment or transfer has been scheduled.

That's it, you've learned how to schedule a transfer via TED or PIX and pay slips! The operation will be performed at dawn on the day of the appointment. If there is not enough money in your account at the time of clearing the amount, the payment will not be made and the appointment will be cancelled.
